HW Staffing Solutions acquired Top Prospect Group, a professional staffing provider headquartered in White Plains, New York. The deal enables HW Staffing Solutions to expand its offerings to clients and candidates, according to the company.

“The acquisition of Top Prospect Group helps us provide our clients with even more comprehensive staffing solutions and gives us the opportunity to expand our reach in the professional services staffing space of IT, accounting, tax and finance, HR and operations, engineering and executive search,” Ed Walsh Jr., CEO of HW Staffing Solutions, said in a press release.

Top Prospect Group was founded in 2010 by Evelyn Sirena and Vincent Battipaglia. The company will operate as a division of HW Staffing and be led by Sirena, Battipaglia and Stacy Savage, who served as an executive at Top Prospect Group.

In addition to its White Plains headquarters, Top Prospect Group has offices in Portland, Maine; Westboro, Massachusetts; Cincinnati; and Shelton, Connecticut.

HW Staffing is based in South Easton, Massachusetts.
