Global Employment Solutions and its Fahrenheit IT division appointed Kevin LeCompte as president and CEO, effective immediately. LeCompte will lead all field and corporate operations for the company and report to the board of directors.

LeCompte fills an open position as Paul Seymour, who joined Global Employment Solutions as CEO in April 2017, has already left the company.

LeCompte joined Global Employment Solutions in 2006 and most recently was COO, responsible for the company’s nationwide sales and recruiting operations. Prior becoming COO in October 2017, he was president of Global Employment Solutions, responsible for performance management across all divisions. LeCompte also is a veteran of the US Army.

Global Employment Solutions ranks No. 81 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the US. Founded in 1998, the company provides contract and permanent placement staffing services under two brands: Fahrenheit IT, which provides IT staffing solutions, and Global Employment Solutions, which provides temporary and permanent staffing services across multiple professional segments.
