June 21, 2023

Gerson Lehrman Group Inc., a global talent platform, will get a new CEO. Top exec Paul Todd is stepping down as CEO and board member. Taking over the CEO role effective July 1 will be Gemma Postlethwaite.

“It has been a true privilege to lead GLG, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team and what we’ve achieved together,” Todd said in a press release. “I look forward to following GLG’s continued progress as I pursue my next chapter.”

GLG ranks as the fourth-largest global B2B talent platform with gross spend of $650 million, according to SIA research. Todd also appeared on this year’s Staffing 100. He joined GLG in 2018.

Postlethwaite steps into the top role after serving on GLG’s board for the past three years. She will remain on the board. Prior to GLG, Postlethwaite served as CEO of business information company Arizent. She has also held leadership roles at Pira Energy and Thomson Reuters.

“I am passionate about growing client-centric global businesses in the information services sector and confident that together we can make GLG an even better business going forward,” Postlethwaite said in a press release.
