General Employment Enterprises Inc. (AMEX: JOB) is acquiring Ashley Ellis LLC, an information technology staffing firm with offices in Naperville, Ill.; Atlanta; and Houston.

Former Ashley Ellis CEO Brad Imhoff will join General Employment Enterprises as chief operating officer and as president of General Employment’s professional staffing division. In addition, Katy Gallagher, former COO of Ashley Ellis, will join General Employment as vice president of operations.

General Employment is an Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based staffing provider.
