Futuris Co. (OTCMKTS: FTRS), a staffing provider based in Rockville, Maryland, acquired Cadan Technologies, an Eagan, Minnesota-based company whose services include IT staffing.

The transaction closed Jan. 18; terms were not disclosed. The Caden Technologies brand will remain, and all executives will stay in their current roles.

Cadan Technologies’ services also include technology lifecycle management, cloud solutions, data storage, data security and remote access, and web services. In addition, the company provides equipment products as well as sales and services of Windows desktops and servers. The company, founded by Cassandra Rogers, had revenue of just over $16 million in 2021 and is on track to achieve double-digit growth “for the foreseeable future,” according to Futuris.

“We are beginning 2022 with the acquisition of Cadan Technologies, a powerful brand to add to our growing portfolio,” said Futuris President Kalyan Pathuri. “We will be keeping our shareholders informed as we work on our due diligence for other acquisitions we are looking to close.”
