Futuris Co. (OTCMKTS: FTRS) announced today that it acquired the IT staffing division of Savantis Solutions LLC.

The staffing division comprises approximately 80 billable US-based employee resources that support customers across a dozen industry verticals and more than 20 technical competency areas.

“In 2021, the operating unit produced $16.4 million in revenue, with over $3 million in gross profit,” Futuris President Kalyan Pathuri said. “The acquisition of the staffing division not only strengthens our portfolio of brands but also opens up a vast customer base.”

The transaction closed June 14.

Separately, in a regulatory filing today, Futuris reported revenue of $11.0 million in the quarter ended April 30.

Futuris is based in Rockville, Maryland, and describes itself as a consolidator of companies within the solutions, staffing and technology space.

Earlier this year in separate deals, Futuris acquired Cadan Technologies and Affordable Rehab Services.
