Synergie reported fourth-quarter revenue rose 5.1%. Revenue from France rose 4.2% in the fourth quarter, while revenue from outside France rose 5.9% at the Paris-based staffing firm. Synergie’s international operations include business lines across Europe as well as Synergie Hunt International in Canada and branches in Australia.
