A former employee at outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas filed a $1 million breach-of-contract suit against the firm, the Chicago Tribune newspaper reported last week. The worker sold outplacement and executive coaching services, but claimed she was fired without cause or notice, the newspaper reported.
