Former Kelly Services Inc. CEO Carl Camden is focusing on freelance workers by founding the Association for Independent Workers, and Crain’s Detroit Business reported iPSE is forming a partnership with Moonlighting, an on-demand hiring platform that uses blockchain technology. The partnership enables IPSE to offer portable benefits and other resources to freelancers. Kelly Services had itself announced a partnership with Moonlighting last summer.
