The Department of Justice filed a brief in the Washington DC court of appeals for a 60-day freeze on a case involving employment authorization for H-4 visa holders. Since 2015, spouses of H-1B visa holders waiting for green cards have been eligible to work in the US on H-4 dependent visas. But CNNMoney reports a group called Save Jobs USA is challenging that rule in court, and the Trump administration has asked for 60 days to think about it.
