Healthcare staffing providers Fastaff LLC and U.S. Nursing Corp. named Jason Godley as CFO. Fastaff provides travel nurse staffing while U.S. Nursing provides staffing during labor disputes.

Godley has nearly two decades of financial leadership spanning public accounting, investment banking and as a CFO working with high-growth, private equity backed companies.

Former Randstad Professionals Senior VP Avi Khilnani also joined the two companies this summer as executive VP to lead business development efforts. 

Other executives hired in the last year include VP of business development Lori Krogel, who previously led four Randstad Professional offices; VP of marketing Lauren Pasquale, previously a digital media and marketing leader for the US Olympic Committee; and VP of Administration Kimberly Windsor, who has 20 years of nursing administration and 12 years of staffing leadership.   

Private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners LP last year acquired a majority stake in Healthcare Staffing Services in a recapitalization transaction. Healthcare Staffing Services owns Fastaff Travel Nursing and U.S. Nursing Corp.
