The family of a temporary worker who died in a workplace accident last June in Cusseta, Ala., has filed a lawsuit against plant operator Ajin USA and the staffing firm, The Lafayette (Ala.) Sun reported. The worker, Regina Allen Elsea, was inside the operations zone of a robotic machine when it restarted. Defendants are Joon LLC, which does business as Ajin USA, and Joynus Staffing Corp.
