Fake nurse gets five years in prison (St. Louise Post-Dispatch)

A St. Louis man who used false information to get assignments through a healthcare staffing firm and was later hired by a nursing home was sentenced this week to nearly five years in prison, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. The defendant, Benjamin David Danneman, 37, has never held a nursing license, but used the name of a real nurse on his application, according to the report.
