Express Employment Professionals’ office in Greensboro, NC, has changed hands. Jim Franklin purchased the resale from Larry Diana, who retired after a 16-year career as an Express franchisee.

The transaction took effect Nov. 2; terms were not disclosed. The existing staff will remain in place.

Franklin most recently led operations for nine health and personal care manufacturing operations in North America and Puerto Rico as the VP of health and personal care for Essentra.

Express Employment ranks eighth on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the US. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, it counts more than 770 offices worldwide.

The Greensboro franchise provides employment solutions in a variety of sectors including professional, commercial and administrative. Its associates logged almost 300,000 hours in 2016.
