Executive search association announces 2021 officers

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants announced 2021 officers this week, which include appointments of three new directors to its global board.

New AESC directors are Catherine Andersen, partner at Omera Partners, based in Sydney; Joe Coulter, chief operating officer and managing partner at Coulter Partners, based in London; and Pauly Rodney, senior VP and head of diversity, equity and inclusion at Raines International, based in New York.

The organization also announced that Martin Schubert will serve as AESC secretary and treasurer; Schubert is based in Frankfurt, Germany, and is a partner in the industrial and professional services practices at Eric Salmon and Partners.

In addition, Morten Nielsen will continue to serve as global chair and Emanuela Aureli will continue to serve as vice chair. Nielsen is a senior partner and global managing partner in the life sciences practice at WittKieffer; he is based in Cleveland. Aureli is a consultant in the technology, media and telecommunications practice and the data and analytics practice at Spencer Stuart; she is based in London.
