Empire Technologies Risk Management Group acquired GoldMind, which provides eDiscovery, data breach support, big data analytics, language services and staffing services to the legal community.

GoldMind’s clients include law firms and corporations around the US, with a concentration of business in the Washington, DC, area.

“Joining [Empire Technologies Risk Management Group] will give our clients greater access to more technology solutions and subject-matter experts to help solve their complex eDiscovery and legal data challenges,” GoldMind Chief Revenue Officer Jason Walker said.

Walker will join Empire Technologies Risk Management Group in a senior management director role.
