Egon Zehnder revenue rises in 2016

March 27, 2017

Egon Zehnder International, a privately held executive search firm, reported revenue rose 2.8% in 2016 to 639.5 million Swiss francs (US$627.5 million); the increase was 3.6% when measured in constant currency.

The company stated its 2016 fiscal performance indicates sustained global growth, demonstrated by continued strength in the firm’s core executive and board search offerings, as well as an increase in leadership advisory solutions, including executive assessment and leadership development.

“Our 2016 performance continues to be strong and we remain optimistic for the current year,” said CEO Rajeev Vasudeva. “Business leaders are grappling with increased complexity and are seeking integrated solutions across a suite of advisory, search and leadership development services. We are responding by advising boards and C-suite leaders on how they can advance great leadership in their organizations.”

Egon Zehnder ranks as the fourth-largest retained search firm in the US. The firm’s global footprint remained steady last year with 69 offices across 41 countries.
