Egon Zehnder 2015 revenue grows in constant currency

February 19, 2016

Egon Zehnder International, a privately held executive search firm, reported revenue fell 3.5% in 2015 to $667.7 million. Full-year revenue was down 3.5% when measured in euros and down 0.3% when measured in Swiss francs.

“The firm grew in constant currency terms and maintained its performance level in CHF, even though the Swiss Franc strengthened considerably against most currencies,” said CEO Rajeev Vasudeva. “Leadership advisory mandates at the CEO and Board level continue to rise, and require more complex, integrated talent solutions than ever before; affirming top talent is and will remain an organization’s key differentiator to success.”

The firm reported notable growth across Europe, Asia and Africa, and sustained growth in the North America market.

Egon Zehnder ranks as the fourth-largest retained search firm in the US. The firm’s global footprint remained steady last year with 69 offices across 41 countries.
