Disney is requiring hybrid employees to be in the office at least four days per week — Monday through Thursday will be preferred — beginning March 1, Yahoo Finance reported. Disney CEO Bob Iger made the announcement in an internal memo obtained by Yahoo Finance. Iger cited benefits such as creativity, culture and careers.
