Defense Health Agency picks 27 companies to compete for $969 million in contracts (GovCon Wire)

The Defense Health Agency selected 27 companies eligible for potentially $969 million in contracts to provide medical support services to military treatment facilities across the US, Guam and Puerto Rico, GovCon Wire reported. The firms will compete for task orders to deliver services encompassing support for routine staffing, temporary workload increase, new missions, reorganization, limited-duration need, start-up/shut-down needs and workforce fluctuations at military treatment facilities.
