Day & Zimmermann named Vice President of IT Applications and Business Integration Sankara “Vishi” Viswanathan as senior vice president and chief information officer of the company. He replaces former CIO Anthony Bosco, who last week was appointed president of Yoh, its U.S.-based staffing firm.

Viswanathan served as a consultant to Day & Zimmermann for four years before officially joining the firm in 2002. He has since held a series of positions within the IT department, including team lead, manager, director and vice president.

“My top priority as CIO will be not only to improve our company’s technological systems, but to strategically select advancements that will enable our businesses to better achieve their goals and better serve our customers,” Viswanathan said.
