CorTech acquires diversity temp staffing provider

March 05, 2018

Staffing provider CorTech International acquired Milwaukee-based Victory Personnel Services Inc., effective Friday.

Victory Personnel, a diversity temporary labor payroll provider for the Fortune 1000, provides professional, administrative and clerical staffing. It was led by founder and CEO Joe Tucker and VP Mike Farrell.

The brand will remain but ultimately merge into CorTech’s Diverse Pay operations in Atlanta, which is overseen by Ben Rosencrants, president of CorTech Brands operation. Farrell will continue to run the brand.

Victory Personnel has more than $15 million in annual revenue and contractors in 40 states. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but with the Victory acquisition, CorTech now counts more than $200 million in annual sales and $10 million of EBITDA.

“We are excited to add the Victory Personnel brand to our Diverse Pay operations,” said CorTech CEO Vincent Rossy. “CorTech’s Diverse Pay is a premium tier one diversity payroll add-on to the CorTech StaffingXL MSP/VMS operations led by CorTech VP Jennifer White.” StaffingXL is an MSP solution for the small to mid-tier markets.

CorTech has acquired eight companies in the last 18 months; Caliper was its last acquisition, which closed in April 2017. CortTech aims for $40 million in new acquisitions per year, according to Rosencrants.
