Trigyn Technologies Ltd. announced in a regulatory filing that its contract to provide IT staffing support services to the United Nations’ Office of Information and Communication Technology has been extended and will expire on Dec. 31, 2021. The contract had previously been extended by a year last November.

The not-to-exceed amount of the contract has been revised upward to $215.2 million from $194.2 million.

Trigyn Technologies Ltd. is a publicly traded firm on the National Stock Exchange of India. Its Trigyn Technologies Inc. operations are based in Edison, New Jersey, with offices also located in New York, Washington, Toronto and Montréal.
