Comcast awards MSP contract

April 23, 2014

Comcast Cable, a nationwide provider of video, high-speed Internet and phone provider to residential customers, selected Randstad Sourceright and Pinnacle Technical Resources to co-manage its managed services program.

Randstad and Pinnacle will operate as one under the Comcast Contingent Solutions Program, and Beeline will serve as Comcast’s vendor management system provider for the joint Randstad and Pinnacle MSP offering.

Randstad Sourceright is part of Randstad Holding NV. Pinnacle, a Hispanic- and woman-owned IT staffing firm, will provide MSP services and help advance Comcast’s Supplier Diversity Program, which advances the participation of diverse businesses within the company's supply chain.

“The co-MSP relationship with Randstad and Pinnacle provides us with a robust contingent labor acquisition and management process, supporting innovation and cost efficiency,” said Peter Kiriacoulacos, chief procurement officer for Comcast and NBCUniversal. “Additionally, the partnership brings a meaningful contribution to further diversity within our supply base.”
