Collabera LLC, which ranks as the 11^th-largest IT staffing firm in the US, appointed Mike Fromhold as its new CEO. Fromhold will lead the executive team and oversee all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations.

He takes over the role with more than 15 years of staffing and talent solutions experience. He previously led Insight Global’s $2.7 billion technology division, Collabera reported.

“Mike is a leader of deep integrity who believes that our people are the focus of everything we do,” said Karthik Krishnamurthy, group CEO at Collabera Holdings. “His industry knowledge, expertise, determination and approach to collaboration across the company prepares him well for this critical position.”

Meanwhile, Collabera founder and longtime executive Sham Patel will step into a chief mentor role and work closely with the leadership team.
