Professional employer organization CoAdvantage Corp. acquired Remedy Employer Services, a PEO based in Bradenton, Fla.

The acquisition expands CoAdvantage’s Florida base and represents the company’s third PEO acquisition in the past year; in October, it acquired Sarasota, Fla.-based Progressive Employer Management Company and Los Angeles-based Total HR Management.

The combined platform now counts approximately 4,500 clients and more than 90,000 worksite employees with a range of HR outsourced solutions for small and midsize businesses.

CoAdvantage serves clients nationwide and is headquartered in Tampa, Fla. Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity made a majority investment in the PEO in October 2015.
