ClearCompany, a Boston-based talent management platform, announced a strategic investment in Growmotely, a global talent marketplace for those seeking longer-term, remote opportunities.

Growmotely was founded in 2020 by Sarah Hawley and is based in Austin, Texas.

As part of the partnership agreement, ClearCompany clients will have access to the Growmotely talent pool at no additional cost. The partnership also allows ClearCompany users to access an integrated talent pool of more than 30,000 active global contingent professionals increasing their candidate flow by two to three times. Additionally, Growmotely’s payment solution for contingent work enables payments to users worldwide, reducing payroll costs.
