Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a staffing provider based in Lancaster, Penn., promoted Dale Fallon to chief learning officer from senior VP of learning and development, effective July 15. The position is a new role within the firm.

Fallon’s responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to build Chartwell’s Corporate University, integrating Chartwell’s communication strategies across departments, and designing and implementing leadership and executive programs.

Fallon joined Chartwell in March as senior VP of learning and development. Previous to Chartwell, he founded The Communication Gym in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
