Canada’s pilot program to slash waiting times for work permits and temporary resident visas from one year to two weeks is attracting tech players worried about new immigration policies in the US, the Wall Street Journal reports. “A year ago, the only people I could talk to were ex-Canadians who missed home, but the talent was lacking,” Hubba Inc.
