Computer Task Group Inc. (NASD: CTG), a Buffalo, NY-based IT staffing provider, has retained Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. to sell its headquarters and administrative hubs, located in two historic properties. Buffalo Business First reports CTG is asking $3.3 million for 800 Delaware Ave. — a building that was constructed in 1918 for Buffalo business leader and philanthropist Seymour Knox as his private residence — and $3.2 million for the CTG Building at 700 Delaware Ave., which was constructed in 1957. CTG plans to keep its headquarters and administrative functions in Buffalo.
