December 20, 2018

IT staffing and solutions provider CTG (NASD: CTG) announced President and CEO Arthur W. “Bud” Crumlish, will retire, effective March 1, after a 28-year career with the company.

CTG named Filip Gydé to succeed Crumlish in the role. Gydé will also join the company’s board of directors.

In 2016, Crumlish took over as president and CEO and joined the board at Buffalo, NY-based CTG. Prior to that, for 15 years Crumlish was senior VP and general manager of strategic staffing services, CTG’s largest business unit.

“It has been a privilege to serve CTG for nearly three decades,” Crumlish said. “The company has made solid progress towards our three-year strategic plan and is in a strong financial position which makes this the right time for me to retire.”

Gydé joined CTG in October 1990 and is currently executive VP, general manager and president for CTG’s European operations. He has led the company’s European operations since October 2000 and was interim executive VP of operations of CTG from October 2014 until April 2015, during which time he was responsible for overall company operating activities.

CTG ranks No. 28 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest IT staffing firms in the US.
