Black Diamond Networks Inc., a professional staffing provider headquartered in Andover, Mass., acquired American Personnel Staffing’s biosciences division.

Black Diamond Networks targets the life sciences, engineering and IT sectors. The transaction expands its local presence in Massachusetts to include additional life science business sectors.
