BLR Holdings Inc. announced today it is consolidating, and its four companies— BLR Holdings, The BOSS Group, Cella Consulting and Proposal Development Consultants — will operate under the new brand Cella. Ownership of the companies will remain unchanged.

“Specializing in [consulting, staffing and managed services solutions ] made us unique,” Co-CEO Conor Smith said. “Now we’re delivering these services and resources under one umbrella.”

Cella is the ancient Latin word for the inner sanctum of a temple, according to the company.

“To us, there’s nothing more exciting than working with enthusiastic teams and individuals to make a positive impact, and our new brand name reflects that drive and energy,” Co-CEO Terra Campbell said.

The BOSS Group ranks as the seventh-largest marketing/creative staffing firms by Staffing Industry Analysts and is on SIA’s 2019 list of fastest-growing staffing firms.

The legal consolidation of the previously separate entities will be completed on March 28.
