BG Staffing Inc. (NYSE: BGSF) acquired EdgeRock Technology Partners for $21.6 million in cash. EdgeRock, founded in 2005, provides IT consultants in 40 states.

EdgeRock is a “premier brand with an outstanding reputation,” BG President and CEO Beth Garvey said.

EdgeRock reported revenue of approximately $41 million in its 2019 fiscal year. It has offices in Boston; Phoenix; and Tampa, Florida. EdgeRock will retain its trade name and will continue to operate as a separate brand within the BG family of companies.

The purchase price is subject to customary purchase price adjustment.

Today’s announcement marks the 11^th acquisition since 2009 for BG Staffing, a Plano, Texas-based staffing provider.
