Avionté, a provider of front- and back-office software to the staffing industry, acquired TKO Systems & Support, also a provider of front and back-office staffing software to the staffing industry.

TKO is based in Holbrook, NY, and has been in the staffing space for more than 30 years. The transaction closed Dec. 1. The TKO staff became Avionté employees and will continue to support customers on the TKO System.

This is Eagan, Minn.-based Avionté’s third staffing software acquisition in the last 18 months and follows the June acquisition of Applied Systems Technology, a software development company and creator of Persona Staffing Software.

In October, Avionté appointed former Thomson Reuters executive Karl Florida as CEO.
