AlwaysHired, a sales training boot camp which places sales development representatives in tech positions, acquired Traind.net, a recruiting and sales training firm.

The transaction closed Oct. 31; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition provides AlwaysHired with more entry into the technology marketplace for sales development representatives. Graduates of its tech sales boot camps will be able to find employment in the market faster and have skills in the correct onboarding and training processes, according to AlwaysHired.

Plans for the Traind.net brand have not yet been determined, but Founder and CEO Brandon Omoregie joined AlwaysHired as head of training and placement.

AlwaysHired places students in more than 60 technology firms including: Facebook, Yelp, Okta, Lever and ProsperWorks. The company launched in August 2015 and operates two offices in San Francisco.
