AlumiFuel acquires staffing business in Indiana, says clients include Toyota Group

August 28, 2017

AlumiFuel Power Corp. (OTCMKTS: AFPW) acquired a staffing business in Northern Indiana, but did not name the seller. However, AlumiFuel reported that clients of the acquired business include the trading and logistics arm of Toyota Group.

The deal was announced today and the purchase price of the acquired operations is based entirely on earn out as a percentage of revenue.

AlumiFuel entered the staffing industry last year when its wholly owned subsidiary, Energy Staffing Solutions Inc., acquired two branches from industrial staffing provider Labor Smart (OTCMKTS: LTNC). And early this year it appointed Labor Smart founder Ryan Schadel as president and CEO. It expects to rebrand as Phoenix Equity Holdings Corp.

“Due to the potential for more deal flow from the seller, agreed upon nondisclosure clauses, and the sheer size of the selling company, AlumiFuel is not releasing any further details of the operation or the selling company at this time,” the company stated. However, it described the seller as “a large provider of skilled staffing and workforce management services.”
