Allegis Global Solutions promotes MSP execs

September 20, 2016

Allegis Global Solutions, a managed services provider and recruitment process outsourcing firm, promoted Steve Schumacher to senior VP and global product leader for MSP, a new position within the company. Cory Hansen was promoted to VP of operations for North America MSP to fill the role vacated by Schumacher.

Both promotions took effect this month.

Schumacher will be responsible for AGS’ global MSP strategy.

“Steve’s long history with Allegis Group and AGS, strong executive level partnerships, strategic vision and industry expertise make him well suited to lead our global MSP business,” said AGS President Chad Lane. “We look forward to his impact on our MSP product roadmap and the resulting advancement of the industry.”

With Schumacher’s promotion, Hansen will assume responsibility for the growth and expansion of MSP across AGS’ North America-based clients.

“These changes demonstrate AGS’ continuing investment to remain the industry leading global MSP provider,” said Lane.

Schumacher is based out of AGS’ Hanover, Md. global headquarters and Hansen is based in its Troy, Mich., hub.

Allegis Global Solutions in August named Jessi Guenther as executive director of SIGMA MSP, its new contingent workforce management offering. The program supports companies that traditionally rely on preferred supplier relationships or vendor-on-premise for candidate recruitment, targeting small to midmarket companies that spend between $5 million and $50 million annually on contract labor services.
