Global MSP provider Allegis Global Solutions promoted three women to VP roles and members of its executive team, effective immediately.

Maria Boyse is now VP of business development and leads all North America sales efforts, including overseeing a team of business development solutions executives, global bids and solutions, and lead generation. Her career within AGS’ parent company, Allegis Group, began in 2003. Most recently, as managing director of North America business development, she played a critical role in growing AGS business and hiring and training business development team members to cross-sell all product lines.

Jessi Guenther was promoted to VP of client delivery, overseeing all North America operations. In her nearly 25 years with Allegis Group, she’s led teams worldwide in recruiting, organizational development, operations and strategic leadership. She has also been instrumental in expanding AGS’ managed services provider business into Canada, Europe, Asia and India.

Sara Babin, promoted to VP of people strategy, is responsible for employee experience including talent acquisition; talent management and development; inclusion and diversity; people systems, reporting, and analytics; and strategic HR partnerships. She has more than 20 years of financial, legal and human resources experience, including 15 years with Allegis Group.

All three women have previously been included on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global 150 – Women in Staffing lists. Babin (2020), Boyse (2016, 2019) and Guenther (2015). Boyse was also recognized on SIA’s Staffing 100 list in 2019.
