Alexander Mann taps former Pontoon exec for leadership roles

September 24, 2018

Alexander Mann Solutions, a London-based provider of RPO and MSP services, appointed Michael Wachholz as president of the Americas and the global head of contingent workforce solutions.

Wachholz previously was president of Adecco’s Pontoon business, which also provides MSP and RPO services. Wachholz is profiled in Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2017 Staffing 100 list of most influential people in the industry.

“Michael’s proven industry experience, deep understanding of the market and superior leadership qualities mean he is a perfect fit to lead our expansion in North America and the global growth of our CWS business and we have no doubt that his appointment will add significant value to our business, our clients and the team,” founder and CEO Rosaleen Blair said.

Alexander Mann in May announced it was being acquired by Omers Private Equity, the investment arm of the pension plan for municipal employees of Ontario, Canada. The deal gave Alexander Mann an enterprise value of £820 million (US$1.1 billion).
