Alexander Mann leader switches to board chair role, firm announces new CEO

Founder and CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions, Rosaleen Blair, is stepping away from the CEO role to take on the position of board chair at the London-based provider of global RPO and MSP services. The new CEO will be David Leigh, who takes on the role effective Nov. 11.

“I have great confidence in both David and the phenomenal talent that exists throughout the company,” Blair said. “I’m looking forward to supporting him, the board and the entire organization in the years ahead.”

Leigh most recently served as board chair of the Study Group, an international education provider. He served as CEO of Study Group before becoming chair. Leigh also served as CEO of talent assessment and analytics firm SHL.

Blair founded Alexander Mann Solutions in 1996; it has grown to more than 4,500 employees with operations in more than 100 countries. It was acquired in 2018 by the defined benefit pension plan for municipal employees in Ontario.
