Aerotek Inc. is retiring the Stephen James Associates brand and making those operations part of its UK-based Aston Carter brand, which is expanding to North America.

Aston Carter was founded in 1997 in London. It was acquired in 2011 by Aerotek’s parent, the Allegis Group.

Stephen James Associates currently operates more than 40 offices across the US and Canada. Aston Carter’s existing international network includes more than a dozen offices across the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sweden and The Netherlands.
