Adecco’s Pontoon business, which provides MSP and RPO services, announced Corinne Ripoche Van Hecke will take over as president starting Friday. Current president, Mike Wachholz, is leaving to explore other opportunities after five years of leading the Pontoon business.

Van Hecke will be based at Pontoon headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla., and report to Federico Vione, regional head North America, UK & Ireland, Adecco and Pontoon.

“Corinne is a great fit for Pontoon,” Vione said, “her 25 years at the Adecco Group has proven that she is a strategic thinker and has the ability to mobilize talent in a way to achieve remarkable results.”

Van Hecke joined the Adecco Group in 1993 as a branch manager in France and subsequently assumed leadership roles of increasing responsibility from key accounts director, Adecco France, to country manager of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, to sales director of Eastern Europe and then COO at Adecco France. Most recently, she has been the global practice leader for large onsite solutions, where she has been instrumental in the segmentation of large account business globally.

Pontoon in February announced other executive changes as well as a realignment of its global operations model.
