Adecco names Corinne Ripoche CEO for US, Canada and Latin America

June 09, 2020

The Adecco Group named Corinne Ripoche as CEO of Adecco in the US, Canada and Latin America effective July 1. Ripoche will report directly to Adecco CEO Alain Dehaze. She will also join Adecco Group's executive committee.

“In this expanded role, I look forward to harnessing the power of The Adecco Group ecosystem and combining my roots in staffing with my deep experience in consulting and solutions,” Ripoche said.

She had been appointed as global president of Adecco’s Pontoon brand in 2017. Pontoon provides total talent, statement-of-work, MSP and RPO services.

Ripoche first joined Adecco in 1993 as a branch manager in France, moving up to leadership roles that included key accounts director of France and chief operating officer of small and medium business solutions in France. She had also been named to this year’s Staffing 100 list of most influential people in staffing.

Adecco had recently named Ripoche as regional head of North America general staffing and Latin America last month. Those responsibilities were in addition to her executive oversight of Pontoon.

“Corinne has a strong track record across her 25 years in our industry, with deep operational and commercial leadership experience,” Dehaze said.

Ripoche takes over the CEO role from Federico Vione, who will leave Adecco June 30 to pursue opportunities outside the company. Vione’s departure had been announced last month.

“The entire executive committee, together with the board of directors and I, wish to thank Federico for his dedicated service to The Adecco Group over the span of his 20-year career,” Dehaze said. “We wish him every success for the future.”
