Lori Telischak provides advisory support to Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council Members at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). She connects them to research and proprietary benchmarking tools as well as industry and peer networking events. Prior to her involvement with the CWS Council team, Telischak contributed to SIA’s certification and training marketplace initiatives. She administered programs such as the certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP) accreditation programs and contingent workforce program management workshops.

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience on both the supplier and buyer sides as well as in services procurement, Telischak brings a unique perspective to best practices in the contingent workforce industry and trends in engagement management. Her areas of expertise encompass the implementation of managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) solutions, supplier optimization and talent strategies, leadership in both internally and externally managed programs, and a wealth of knowledge and experience in services procurement.

Telischak is driven by a passion to share her accumulated knowledge, and the many lessons along the way, with industry professionals to help elevate and transform the contingent workforce profession.
