Lisa Fox is a director on the strategic solutions team at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). This team is responsible for working with SIA clients to elevate their business through conference sponsorship, webinars, sponsored content, advertising and more.

Fox joined SIA in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in the staffing ecosystem. From her time in healthcare as a recruiter for full-time roles to her years in contingent staffing and managed service provider (MSP) operations, her vast staffing industry knowledge allows her to help clients reach their desired audience through SIA product solutions. Fox uses her multi-faceted experience to provide solutions for her customers to be seen as thought leaders and generate relevant leads.

She was honored as one of SIA’s 2021 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing. Fox has a passion for diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and previously had several roles working to further DE&I in our industry.

Fox currently lives in Texas with her husband, Jeff, and dog, Macie. Her daughter attends Oklahoma State University as a pre-med major. Fox loves traveling, shopping, cooking and watching sports of all kinds.
