In addition to her focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, Profeta provides valuable market insights for SIA members on diverse staffing markets such as Japan, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. Prior to joining SIA, she worked for global staffing firms Select Appointments and Vedior. Profeta is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).
