Diana Finn joined Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in 2006 as the strategic solutions executive responsible for strategic solutions, member advisory and sales. Now, as senior vice president of global corporate membership, she oversees the corporate membership team globally. Finn ensures SIA members are benefiting from membership value for their respective organization while growing the SIA member portfolio.

Finn has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry working for Adecco North America, PRO Unlimited and ICGCommerce (now Accenture). Her experience includes managing all aspects of branch operations, successfully driving sales and profitability. In her corporate role at Adecco, she worked closely with the North American sales team managing large account contract deliverables.

Working for PRO Unlimited, Finn managed onsite programs for large Silicon Valley technology customers. She spent two years with a national consulting company implementing customized contingent staffing programs, partnering with both managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) companies.

Finn has a wealth of knowledge of the workforce solutions ecosystem. She partners closely with SIA’s research team to deliver outstanding results for members and the workforce solutions ecosystem overall. Finn is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).
