Cindy Chunn is a workforce solutions technology analyst for Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) joining the research firm in 2023. Her research coverage assists human resources, procurement executives and staffing executives to make educated decisions relating to vendor management systems (VMS) and other workforce technology.

Chunn brings more than 20 years of experience working with procurement, human resources, total talent solutions and the extended/contingent workforce management space. She started her journey with Manpower in multiple leadership roles. There she was instrumental in assisting clients with moving their contingent talent programs from tactical to strategic while driving operational excellence.

Most recently, in her nine-year tenure with a VMS technology company, Chunn had a strategic program manager role, working with varied client portfolios to successfully optimize their contingent workforce programs. Proficient in power business intelligence using analytics to drive optimization, she created sound strategies for user adoption and execution through strategic planning while driving both operational efficiencies and program compliance.
