Amy Horvat joined SIA as a research analyst in 2023. She covers the global IT and engineering and Latin American staffing markets as well as other topics as part of the Americas team.

Horvat graduated magna cum laude from Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in studio art. She has spent her career traversing industries at the juncture these disciplines and brings broad experience in market research, research, writing and publication to her work at SIA.
